These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TRT Clinics, available at trtclinics.com (the “Directory”), which is operated by Care For There LLC (“Care For There LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Directory, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Directory.
The Directory is provided for general informational purposes only. It is a listing of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and men's health clinics in the United States and does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the Directory is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you have regarding a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking it because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. The Directory does not recommend or endorse any specific clinic or provider, and a listing is not a referral.
Clinic listings are compiled from public sources, primarily Google (place details and publicly posted ratings) and publicly available web pages. Profile descriptions and summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Ratings shown are cited from Google and attributed as such; they are not created or verified by Care For There LLC, and their display is not an endorsement. We do not warrant that any information in the Directory is accurate, complete, or current. If you operate a clinic and the information shown is incorrect, you may request a correction or removal by emailing support@trtclinics.com.
Use of the Directory does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Care For There LLC or between you and any clinic listed in the Directory. Communications made through the Directory are not confidential medical communications.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Directory. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Clinics may claim their profile to manage the information shown and to access the clinic portal. Claiming a profile requires verification of your authority to act for the clinic. By claiming a profile or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on the clinic's behalf and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or refuse a claim we believe is inaccurate, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
Claiming a profile is free. We also offer paid subscription plans that unlock additional features; the plans, features, and current prices are shown at the point of purchase, stated in U.S. dollars. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. We may change plan features or pricing on a going-forward basis; if we change the price of an active subscription, we will give advance notice and the change applies at the next renewal.
The Directory may allow visitors to submit reviews and allow clinics to respond (together, “User Content”). If you submit User Content, you represent that it reflects a genuine experience, is accurate, and does not violate these Terms or any law. You must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful, and you must not submit a review in exchange for compensation or submit a review of yourself or a competitor. You retain ownership of your User Content and grant Care For There LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Directory. We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion.

The Directory, including its design, text, graphics, and software, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Care For There LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for User Content, which is governed by the license above, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Directory without our prior written permission.
The Directory relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and Google for analytics and place data, and may link to third-party websites such as individual clinic websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
The Directory and all content in it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Directory will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information in it is accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care For There LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Directory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Directory will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Care For There LLCand its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Directory, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Directory or to any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Directory or its users. You may stop using the Directory at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Directory will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Directory after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
